Refund Policy

At MemoJewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 60 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging — to be eligible for a refund.

2. Important: Custom & Personalized Items

Because our custom and personalized items are made specifically for you (including custom photo necklaces, engraved pieces, and made-to-order designs), these items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, unless the item is defective or we made an error in production.
If you receive a custom item that is defective or does not match your approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will replace it at no cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective or produced incorrectly)
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@memojewels.com with:
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
We will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay processing.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, production error): We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • If the return is for any other reason (changed mind, item doesn't fit, etc.): You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: It may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or design, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you want.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@memojewels.com with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if needed.

9. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@memojewels.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no cost, and we will cover the return shipping for the incorrect item.

10. Order Cancellations

  • Before Production: If you wish to cancel an order before it has entered production, contact us immediately. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • After Production Begins: Once production has begun (especially for custom items), we may not be able to cancel the order. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
