• At MemoJewels, we strive to make every piece of personalized jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates.
• If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately and we'll do our utmost to recreate it to your full satisfaction.

• New, unworn items can be returned to MemoJewels within 60 days of delivery.
• Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 50% restocking fee.

• Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items.
• If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 50% of the total amount of the item.
• To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Representatives.
• Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.
• Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
